Sprintkart Speedway 2012 Season!

The 2012 season is getting close with the first race set for May 4th, 2012. We will have a 2012 meeting Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at 7 P.M. at the Davenport Airport to discuss membership and rule changes. The 2012 schedule is set.

2011 Track Champions

Congratulations to the 2011 track champions! They include: Clone Class champion and 4-time track champion Rick Phillips, Jr. Clone champion Josef Lowe, Jr. Yamaha champion Oden McDonald, and Rookie of the Year and Jr. Briggs champion Hanna McDonald.

2008 Sprint Kart Speedway Results

The races almost took a back seat to the rain but with a little work we got them in. The kart turn out was light but some close races took place.

Carter Hagen took his first Feature win after season point leader Austin Fulton and Braydon Doberenor got tangled up and both spun into the infield and had trouble getting out of the wet grass. Hagen took the lead to only be caught by Doberenor who passed him with 2 laps left but was later disqualified for ilegal tires giving Hagen the win.

Quentin Fischlein took the checkers in the Sportsman class.

Alec Smith won the Kid Kart class as he promised promotor Spider Duffy.
