We will have a 2012 meeting Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at 7 P.M. at the Davenport Airport to discuss membership and rule changes. They include: Clone Class champion and 4-time track champion Rick Phillips, Jr. Clone champion Josef Lowe, Jr. Yamaha champion Oden McDonald, and Rookie of the Year and Jr. Briggs champion Hanna McDonald. 2008 Sprint Kart Speedway ResultsFriday, August 8, 2008 It was the nicest Friday night of the 2008 season the weather was great and so was the races. In the Kid Kart class, Alec Smith held off a hard charge by Brandt Carter who took a early lead until he lost traction coming around turn 3. Alec took over the top spot and went on to the win. Michael Chalupa finished in the 3rd spot followed by Odin McDonald and Ashton Wheeler. Jr. I Yamaha once again saw Austin Fulton take the checkers followed by Carter Hagen who was sporting a new kart that he was getting the bugs out of. Jr I Briggs saw Braydon Doberenor pick up 3 wins for the night as he chases point leader Logan Ralston who finished 2nd. Colin Chalupa was 3rd followed by Dalton Wheeler. In the Sportsman class, Garrett Bouchard won his 3 races along with the feature, followed by Quentin Fischein, Bobby Garrison and Max Nimerick.
