Sprintkart Speedway 2012 Season!

The 2012 season is getting close with the first race set for May 4th, 2012. We will have a 2012 meeting Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at 7 P.M. at the Davenport Airport to discuss membership and rule changes. The 2012 schedule is set.

2011 Track Champions

Congratulations to the 2011 track champions! They include: Clone Class champion and 4-time track champion Rick Phillips, Jr. Clone champion Josef Lowe, Jr. Yamaha champion Oden McDonald, and Rookie of the Year and Jr. Briggs champion Hanna McDonald.

Memberships
A yearly track membership is $35.

Open Practice Nights
The track is open for practice every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday Night Open Practice Costs & Fees
Pit-Pass (Track Member): $10 (All persons in the pits are required to have a pit pass)
Pit-Pass (Non-Track Member): $20
No additional cost to the driver and kart.
Spectator Admission: Free

Friday Night Racing
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for practice. Karts must be staged and ready to go for hot laps. Practice will be approximately 2-4 minutes. First race starts at 7:00 p.m. Two heat races are run. The start of first heat will be determined by draw with the second heat inverted. Heats are 10 laps with the feature being 15 laps on the road course. On the first Friday of each month, races are run on the large oval, with heats of 10 laps and a 15 lap feature.

Kart Entry and Driver Pit-Pass (Track Member) $30
Kart Entry and Driver Pit-Pass (Non-Track Member) $40
Spectator Admission: $1 (Kids under 16 free)

Sprint Kart Speedway Scoring
Heat races will be 10 laps and feature races will be 15 laps. Special race laps will vary. Season points will be kept for Club members Only. You must be a track member and compete in more then 50% of the races to participate in the Mid Season and Season Championship Races.

All races and practices subject to cancellation due to weather conditions.
